I am greatly thankful to have stumbled across this book. It is shaping my habits, my identity. Like many reviewers, I wished this book was available to read when I was in my early 20s. Though, I am not confident that I would be as receptive to the book then. The timing may be just right.

I enjoy reading the Essays and then journaling about what the essay meant/ what I took away from it. And it really helps you to see things from a perspective you might not have thought about. This book is great in itself but for a person who is healing themselves and growing – this book really does help with the process!
