Informative and Quick Read
This was a great book, filled with valuable information that was presented in a straightforward and simple way. The way the 45 steps are broken down makes time-management and productivity seem more achievable, as compared to some strategies that are overwhelming.

Nice read
This handbook has some very good advice. I like the part when the author says that you need to write down your definition of a fulfilling day so that by the end of the day you don’t go and say how nothing has been done today. Sometimes plan is just to relax, and that’s OK. I wish more people could read this before they go through burnout or depression.

Meh, not for me.. but maybe for a young or inexperienced person
I was curious about this book since it seems to be getting good reviews and it was free. But I’d have to say, this book is more for young adults who may be just starting their adult life and career and for inexperienced people. This book talks about setting small goals and doing it; working in increments of time and taking mini breaks to not overwhelm yourself with work; having good hygiene and looking your part; body languages; saying Thank You goes a long way; and so on. For experienced-in-life people, we already know all of these. Nothing new. Thank goodness this book was free. I would have been very disappointed if I paid for it. Definitely recommend this for newbies to life and new Influencers and NOT for the old hand. If I had to provide some constructive criticism to the author, please proof-read your work prior to printing and making public. There are a few grammatical errors. I ain’t no English major or editor, but I did notice those mistakes. It just makes your case and point work against you. Thank you.

Broken into easy sections with realistic action plans
I enjoyed the overall ideas within this book. I also love how it’s been organized into several small sections. Each section has an action plan at the end, and they’re all realistic and totally doable actions.I highlighted several things, and will be coming back to them over time. Overall, this was an easy/enjoyable read, and it will be useful in some way to most (if not all) readers.

Great advice
Gives a realistic approach to self-improvement, in easy enough steps each day that it would be very easy to accomplish and incorporate into your day to day life. Written very well, very entertaining.

Helpful
I like the simplicity of the book and that the writer used examples from their own life to show the suggestions are possible.I’d recommend to anyone needing a reminder to do the things they know they should be doing but felt they were too difficult.Easy read.
