    As a therapist I’m always practicing what I preach and I love Journaling. I’ve recommended this journal to so many clients as a great starting place! The prompts are so helpful and allow for exploration and finding strengths within. It also feels less intimidating having one prompt a day to work through and if you fall behind its easy to catch up! 10/10 recommend!

    Insightful, The Year Has Flown By
    I have mostly stuck to answering one question a day for almost the entire year! It’s a thought provoking set of questions on different subjects. Some I answer easily & are kind of fun. Others require more thought or is just something I am not willing to change! Either way, it was easy for me to make the commitment to answer just one question a day. Simple, but satisfying!

    Some of the prompts are good. Some are boring. I’d say this book is about average with what you’d expect. Nothing spectacular to make it stand out.

    some of the questions they ask for you to journal are repeat questions and its a little frustrating and i feel like some of them are a little stupid to be honest
