Bought this as a gift for my history buff child
My son Loves history and Reagan is his favorite president. I saw this book and thought he would enjoy it. I was not wrong. I heard all sorts of facts and stories from his reading. He read through this fairly quickly. So I would say it was a successful purchase. The book was entertaining and engaging to a 13 year old boy. I think that says enough.

    These are super
These were given as a gift to a family member and was very pleased to receive. Easy read, written well.

A small but mighty read. Highly Reccomended!
I got this book to read about communication styles… but I finished this book reflecting and learning more about leadership and life. A small but might read indeed. It is well written.

    Excellent read!
I purchased this book ages ago and finally read it. I’m sorry I took so long to pick it up, and once I did I couldn’t put it down. Wirthlin brings does an excellent job explaining what happened, why it happened, the decision making process, and the individuals who were involved. Reading it I felt I was in the room with Reagan and Wirthlin. If you’re a fan of the political process, not just a fan of Reagan, read this book and don’t wait as long as I did.

In Top 3 of Best Ronald Reagan Books
I learned about this book from a “progressive” operative’s book that I read to get intel on the mind of our opposition. Found Dick Wirthlin’s insights into the impact and staying power of RR to be outstanding and enjoyed every word in this book. For anyone who loved RR or wants to understand why he is so deeply respected this is a must read!

Interesting book on behind the scenes with Reagan
This book was written by Richard Wirthlin, Mr. Reagan’s chief pollster. There are some very interesting behind the scenes looks at the campaigns and the presidency. Mr. Wirthlin also shares his personal admiration for President Reagan and tells of important moments they shared together. Definitely some new material here, or at least some new takes on old stories. An enjoyable, easy, but informative read.
