I like that the recipes are well written, easy to follow and very delicious! My favorite is the salmon recipe! The only problem is choosing which one to try next!

Too Good for Just Camping!
I picked this up in preparation of a camping trip we are going on next week. I’m a bread pudding junkie so the Wildberry breakfast Bread Pudding was an instant must have! Now, I’m so excited about this book that I have to try some of the other recipes immediately in my oven.

I bought this to use for camping. It is also great for one person meals at home. Make two. Cook one now and save the other one for later.
