This was an interesting story of Princess Kathryn
It was intriguing to read of Kathryn and story as she became a woman forced to flee her home. Waiting for the wyvern Witz to call her home. As she became a watcher apprentice with the Guardians and somehow lost her memory. It was a page turner that kept me on the edge of my seat. A story I really enjoyed and look forward to the next chapter.

Well worth the read
I enjoyed this story very much & look forward to reading more from this author. The Ravenglass universe is different enough to keep you interested and relatable enough that the reader isn’t lost in the world building.

Excellent fantasy series!
I read the twenty-two separate stories as they each came out and enjoyed each of them. I had always wanted to sit down, and binge read the complete collection and with this Omnibus collection I now have the means to do just that without ever having to do anything other than turn the pages!Update as of 4/5/23:The Ravenglass Chronicles audiobook version is 40 hours of pure listening enjoyment. Having read each of the twenty separate installments as they were released, I was intimately familiar with the story, however listening to the entire series not only brought new things to light for me, but it also allowed me to revisit a fantasy world that had rekindled my interest in the fantasy genre. The audiobook version also includes the prequel to the twenty original stories which set the stage for the series. Emma Coates does a fantastic job bringing each character to life and verbally weaving a visual tapestry from the story.

Interesting plot
The beginning of this shows a whiny heir to the throne who is very immature and not trained to take over for her mother. I found it difficult to get through this part. I pushed on and the middle starts as more of the same and then a specific event happens that changes the narrative. I was very happy reading this part of the book. Then the ending begins and you start to get back to the unbelievable and poor plot points. The ending was as the beginning. This story had so much potential I just did not enjoy the finer points.

Fine fantasy
This is a wonderful series, I did find it interesting that the tarot came into play here. It was subtle yet there for you to see if you know what to look for. I am definitely looking forward to more.

Fascinating
I was very unsure about this book series for quite awhile. It made it very easy to understand what the main character was feeling. I couldn’t put it down as things became even more confusing and exciting. The wrap-up to the end was perfect. I will carry the “yellow nothing” in my mind for a bit I believe. Wow.

Unispired writing, endless repetition, insipid characters, a disjointed, meandering plot. The book begins with a bewildering obsession with menstrual blood and naked rituals. The protagonist keeps whining and ruminating, and very often the book reads like a clueless, angstsy teenager’s diary. Both the writing and story slip into predictable, repetitive patterns. This book could have been 70% shorter and you’d still feel like you haven’t missed anything
