   Toe-Stepping and Provocative
   Prepare to get your toes stepped on as you pick up this book. You will not agree with everything, but you should definitely learn something. This book really opened my mind and gave me much food for thought. Beware of Mount Stupid!!!

   Odd liberal leaning
   So, this book is thought provoking. And I did make a series of highlights in it that I found valuable, but while grant states in the book he doesn’t have a political stance to any party, it felt a bit liberal at times. Also, about 50 or so pages in, I googled him, and one of the first thing that pops is a tweet where he voted for biden. No, he makes some good arguments and he did make me think differently about things, mainly how I do approach things, not exactly in areas that would change my mind politically, but I just felt a very leftish feel reading this. Though conservative, I lean against books touting political ideologies. If you want me to ‘think again’ and it’s suppose to get me to be open-minded and not so rooted in beliefs that could eventually evolve due to advancing of time, technology and data, then keep politics out of it.One area that I felt was a little bit of a miss with the ignorance of gut feelings and how you feel. I tend to be of the notion that feelings are real and if something punches you in the gut, you go with that instinct, but he all but said ignore you gut and research… But that ls analysis paralysis and when I do that and go against my gut, I’m usually wrong. I felt that could have been handled a bit differently.Overall, I did enjoy it. While ignoring the obvious pandering to liberal causes, I did learn something. But a note for Adam, don’t write a book saying you have no political agenda or party, and then tweet you are voting for biden. If you felt true with that sentiment, you still may have voted, as is your civic duty, but leave it off twitter or hell, say that you do lean left. be honest bc many if your chapters had a liberal idealogical theme. I almost stopped reading, because it presented as inauthentic

   Very helpful
   Very helpful. Surprisingly good. Truth be told the book was an accidental purchase. It just so happened to be a proverbial happy accident.

   The books is packed with wisdom that I will benefit from for my whole life. It really is a must read for everyone.
