    Inspired recipes, well written instructions and beautiful pictures.
    I am obsessed with this cookbook. I look at several times a day. I like Suzy’s forward before each recipe; adds a very personable touch. I’ve learned so much about middle eastern cooking. The pictures are beautiful. The instructions are easy to follow, and the ingredients are available in our midwestern town.

    The recipes are amazing and I LOVE using the cookbook! It is so clear to understand and the flavors are so intoxicating! I highly recommend this cookbook if you are looking for Mediterranean Diet recipes or just some amazing food on any diet. I look forward to cooking each night and finding out how it will taste! The pictures are one of the reasons I purchased this book too. I love to have my finished product look just like the picture and you get amazing pictures for nearly all the recipes. Definitely recommend this cookbook!

    Delicious, easy to follow
    I started following Suzy on social media several years ago. I found myself printing many of the recipes because they all sounded so delicious and healthy. I have them in a three ring binder. Not all her recipes all in her cookbook. There are so many on her website! ! I’m lucky enough to have an international market nearby for some of spices, but frankly, many of the local markets sold them too. If I couldn’t find one, I substituted. Suzy would often suggest substitutions in her videos. I never found it to be a problem. Now, let’s talk about the recipes. I have tried numerous recipes and have liked all of them. Some are easily adapted for meal prep meals. I was glad to see she decided to publish a cookbook. And now there is a second one coming. I can’t wait to buy it. The cookbook is a great way to get started eating Mediterranean style.

    Nice cookbook
    This is a beautiful hardcover cook book with lots of photos and good looking recipes. However, for me, most of the recipes are very time consuming and have ingredients that I don’t care for. Some of the recipes are not what I would call “healthy” as they are fried in vegetable oil. Twenty years ago I would have probably dived into this book with gusto, but now that I am older, I prefer recipes with fewer ingredients that are easier to put together.

    The recipes make sense! The ingredients are easy to find as they are either already in your pantry or quickly found in a local grocery store – expect for some of the spices like Za’atar and Sumac but every dish I’ve made, absolutely delicious!The baked feta – fantastic!, Not your deli’s tuna salad – amazing and fresh!, Sheet-pan smoky chicken, chickpeas, and carrots – aromatic and delicious!I am excited to cook my way through this book and I look forward to a much healthier cooking experience. Her website and the recipes there is what prompted me to buy this book.Thank you Suzy!
