Great help for my anatomy class at a great price!
This is a great book with terrific photos of human anatomy. Although it wasn’t officially part of my anatomy textbook reading list, it is always good to see other representations of anatomy so you can identify it more easily. And you certainly can’t beat the price on the used editions! No need to get a more recent edition. Human Anatomy hasn’t changed much (read: at all) in 50,000 years and the photos are great.

    Knowledgeable
I bought this book years ago when I was going to school. It has a lot of information. I just never finished school to use it like I should have.

    Great reference book!
This was a recommended text for a college anatomy class I’m taking. I wasn’t going to buy it because it was SO expensive at the college bookstore, but I found it used on here for next to nothing so I bought it. I’m so glad I did! It’s really cool! I’m a licensed massage therapist and take continuing ed classes for that and I also just started back at college to finish my degree, and I have used this book for reference SO MUCH in both settings! The book is concise, not a million pages thick, yet the diagrams in it are very detailed. The background on all the pages is solid black so you can’t make any notes in it, which kind of bummed me out a little since I’m a big note taker. It’s also kind of awkward that the spine of the book is on top instead of on the left like a regular book, but I guess it’s no big deal, I’m just nitpicking.

Amazing anatomy book, just like the Human Bodies exhibit
This reminds me a lot of the Human Bodies exhibit. This book is all pictures of actual body parts, with a ton of labels on each picture. And, just like the Bodies exhibit, it has bodies displaying different things, like skeletens, muscle systems, skull bones, etc. It’s a great way to learn anatomy very quickly. I’ll probably get a few of these for gifts for my friends.

    Very realistic pictures
Very realistic pictures to help give a better visual in what the different body parts look like in reality. It’s a skinny paperback book. But it’s exactly what you would want in a basic human atlas.

    Great Book
Used book is a used book expect a brand new book. My BIO 137 Lab has this book so I scanned it with the Amazon app and ordered a few for students in my class. This was very helpful for studying bones, cranial nerves and more.

    Must have for college
Must have for any beginner anatomy class! Especially the lab portion where you need to memorize bones. Delivery time a little slow so order in advance.

Lovely pictures, great for someone like me who is just fascinated by the human body. However some diagrams had me confused with the labelling as to what they were but I think that is only because I haven’t properly studied anatomy and physiology.
