Somewhat typical Romance
We have a girl who is working as a housekeeper at a hotel by and an unpublished romance writer, who doesn’t understand how a real romance. She gets a call from her parents who have trying to set her up, coming for a week long visit. With her brother’s help, sets her up with a local player Chef who agrees to play boyfriend for a week. It gets steamy as they both come to realize what they have both have been missing……good read.

Definitely steamy
Fake to real relationship with inexperienced female and a manwhore. Decent story but mostly sex scenes. Like the name fauxmance, cute.

Loved it!
I loved this book. It grabbed me from the start with its interesting, well paced and highly addictive storyline. Maggie and Liam are wonderful characters that you can’t help falling in love with. They make a great couple and have off the charts chemistry. Yes, they have things to deal with, mainly Liam’s stuff ups but they get there in the end. I was glad that the author didn’t make a huge deal of the protective big brother thing either. This is the third book in the series and can be read as a stand alone. I would definitely recommend this book.I received an arc from the publisher and this is my voluntary review

Just the right amount of spice
The atmosphere and attitude the write put into this book was awesome. I felt like I was in the town myself watching the fireworks.

loved this couple
I was given an advanced copy of this book to review. Maggie needs a fake boyfriend and Liam owes her brother. It is a great story that held my interest throughout. I laughed out loud at times and fell in love with this couple. You will enjoy this book and like me you will want a Liam of your own. This is the 3rd in the series and they just keep getting better and better. This is my favorite so far. I cant wait to see whats next from Sydney Campbell.

Consent I see not important in this story
Eewwww just eeeewwww. I got to 25% and decided I had had enough. The sexist, arrogant LMC is off putting. In one scene he iagrees he owes a favour to the LFC’s brother for poaching a female staff member, as if women were not entitled to further their own careers and act in their own best interests. He insists on reading and critiquing the LFC’s novel despite her requests that he not do this, then he mansplains to her what women like. Later he bullies her into kissing him despite her repeated assurances she doesn’t want to then continues to touch her without her consent. I’m not interested in rape fantasy which is where this book is heading.

I really enjoyed this book!Liam is a Chef, and a player!!Maggie is a chambermaid, and a budding author! Her parents are going to visit, with the intention to hook her up with the son of their friends.Maggie’s brother calls in a favour from Liam, to act as her boyfriend while their parents visit, but no funny business!!Oh, you just know what’s going to happen!!

I really liked this book !!It’s a story of how a bad boy can change his ways and how a fake relationship can turn real .Very well written, with great characters, almost untolerable parents and a nice dose of steam. This is my honest review of a free copy of this book.

Another fake relationship that is too convincing. Liam is the serial womaniser and just cannot resist bringing Maggie into his world. Then he backs off to get to know her properly. Sometimes I do hate how casual sex is treated as less intimate than talking. At least Maggie gets some research for her novel.
