    An awesome Novella
Wow! What an awesome novella. It is a quick read. In fact I found I could not put it down. It is very well written. I felt like I was right there in Pinecraft with the characters looking for Serena the cat who is lost. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

    Good short story!
This was a cute short story in the “Amish Brides of Pinecraft” series. This story focuses on Mattie Miller as she goes back to Pinecraft, Florida for Leona and Zack’s wedding. She stays at the Orange Blossom Inn again and has a great experience. She hopes for a romance but the love bug strikes when she least expects it. There was a search for a cat that had a surprise ending. All in all, this has me looking forward to the next book in the series. I’m part of Shelley’s Buggy Bunch but I also purchased a copy.

    Short & sweet & a little unexpected
I’ve been waiting for Mattie’s story since I read “The Promise of Palm Grove” & was excited to see what Shelley Shepard Gray had in store for her in this novella. Mattie’s back in Pinecraft to help with a friend’s wedding & hopes to rekindle the sparks she experienced with Danny, the boy she met last time she visited.Short, sweet, and full of friendship & heart, “A Wish on Gardenia Street” sings with Gray’s trademark writing style. Readers will enjoy reuniting with many familiar characters and traipsing around Pinecraft on the hunt for professional escapee-cat Serena. And while Gray takes Mattie’s story in a direction I was not expecting, the ending made me smile even more than if it had gone according to my ideas. (Which is why SHE writes and I read lol)A perfect novella to snack on after you finish the first two books, while you wait for A Wedding At Orange Blossom Inn.

A nice add to the series
What a cute novella Shelley Shepard Gray has added to her new series An Amish Brides of Pinecraft series.”A Wish on Gardenia Street” is about Mattie Miller, she was mentioned in the first book of the series “The Promise of Palm Grove”. When she and her two best friends made their first trip to Sarasota, Florida. Now she is returning to Pinecraft to attending the wedding of her best friend, Leona Weaver. Plus Mattie is hoping to spend some time with her boy crush, Danny Brenneman, who’s best friend is marrying Leona.Does Danny Brenneman have the same feelings for Mattie? Will Leona Weaver and Zachary Kaufmann get married on time?I just love Serena the cat. Shelley Shepard Gray was right to add her more to this story, but I do hope Shelley has her appear in the last two books in the series as well.No money was exchanged for this review and this is all my opinion of my own words.

    Too Short
Sorry I am disappointed in such a short book. I am not fond of mini novellas Shelley has always been one of my favorite authors but this was not one to my liking. Just too short.

    An entertaining short story
In this novella Mattie comes to Pinecraft for her friend Mattie and Zack’s wedding. She also has another reason that no one else knows about, does Zack’s friend Danny care for her? Will there be two weddings or one?

  8. Nancy Levine “Nancy”

    Sweet and fast-paced
This is the first book I’ve read by this author and I’m anxious to read more. The story moved very quickly. I was a little sorry when it ended because I liked the characters and spend more time with them. Loved the story about the cat and there were some nice descriptions.

  9. Hendie

Disappointed in the size, like a booklet, very short story THOUGH enjoyable.
