Fast, fun, fantastic!
I typically don’t read sci-fi, but I could not stop reading about Ira Sarek. This fast-pace, action-packed book not only kept me wanting more, but also tugged at my heart strings. I’m a sucker for the underdog – especially one who in-spite her own unfortunate circumstances always looks out for the bullied. I love the original characters in this book and cannot wait to see how Ira overcomes and conquers.

I loved the originality of this book. The plot twists are great. I wish some characters had been developed more, relationships developed more, but i still loved reading every page.The story does not end with a resolved conclusion.

If you are interested in alien warfare, sci fi fantasy then I think this book would be good for you. It was a good read overall.

This book was different from my usual read but it sucked me in almost immediately! The author writes in such a way that you really feel empathetic for the MC

To be honest, a little ways into this book, I was not sure if I would like it or even finish it. I have to say though, it pretty much held me captive. If I had stopped reading it I would definitely have missed out on an awesome read!! I love Ida and I feel her pain. She is a very strong girl by virtue of having lived a hard life and she is up for handling most anything!!! She is an inspiration to kids everywhere who feel life just keeps handing them all kinds of crap to deal with. She could have let it get her down and destroy her, but instead she let that anger she felt be her strength to deal with all she faces.Cameron Coral has a way of describing what is happening that drags you in and makes you feel the emotions in this story. It is like when you improve the graphics on your computer!! It all feels real!!I truly am excited to read the next book in this series. Even if it is not what you normally read…try it out. It is a very well written story. I bet you love it!!!

If you are looking for an engaging, high-energy read, this book is for you! From the opening scene, you learn that the main character Ida is tough as nails. She’s had a rough life and things are only going to get worse. How she deals with all her problems was interesting and kept me turning the pages.

This is a great start to the series about an action female who has been dealt a tough hand in a dystopian world. But this female bites back and so woe betide anyone who stands in her way. Quality writing from a great new writer. I will be reading to see how this series develops.
