This book is beautiful! The quality, the pictures of the completed dishes and the layout of the recipes is fantastic. I love how each recipe starts with Set Up The Grill then prepping the ingredients. All easy steps to follow. Starting at the beginning of the book with descriptions and differences in grill types and uses. I would say this is a must have for outdoor cooking!!!
