    Outstanding!
I am highly impressed with this book. It’s an “easy to read” book that makes sense to the reader and it’s practical advice for anyone no matter what your lifestyle or background. If the Reader is willing to read this book and pay attention to the advice they can only benefit from the advice and it comes with worksheet style activities to help get to the root cause of the problem. This book would make an excellent reference tool for Coaches and anyone who works in the mental health profession but it’s equally great for a person who is trying to work through personal anger issues on their own. This book is geared towards men but a woman could also benefit to follow the advice given and if you are in a relationship (romantic, friendship, family, etc..) where both people have anger issues and you can only get one book, this one would make an excellent choice. It brings up points that you probably never even thought of and it really gives you the benefit of a quality therapist in the comfort & convenience of your own home.I got it today and read it through in one sitting for the purpose of this review but I will most definitely be going back through it again and taking some notes so I can further get acquainted with his techniques because the Author is clearly a master at his profession.Great resource for anyone who has anger issues or cares about someone who does. This book can save a relationship with a willing participant. 5 stars!*If this review helped you make an informed choice about this book could you please hit the Like and let me know?*

Good book, but requires patience and persistence
Ok, if you have a temper and you’re impatient — guess what? Having a programmed workbook you have to do on your own may make you angry, which seems kind of counterproductive for an anger workbook. But if you ignore the fact that you have problems with your temper, and do this daily, you WILL find out some things about yourself and the fact that you may want to take things a bit slowly as you work to understand what your triggers are and how you can work with them. Or you can throw the book at someone who makes you angry. Your choice . . .

life saver for men who live life under the yoke and pain of unmanaged anger
A wave of relief hit me after reading and participating in the first few chapters of this book. It explained perfectly my own inner turmoil and battles as i struggled with managing my anger in a life where things rarely go perfectly, and sometimes just go badly. It explains how to manage without betraying myself in the process. So good, thank you to the author.

    Not just for men
The gender specific tile and narrative may be off putting, however this book provides a great deal of practical and valuable insight and perspective on dealing with strong emotions that stand in the way of one’s happiness.

Ever since I read this book zero outbursts have been had.
Highly recommend this book, even though its so short.Basically the author says, deal with physiological causes of anger first.Delay responses for approx 20 minutes while your body metabolizes adrenaline.Once you more advanced brain can function again, explain what you feel as opposed to attach the person or issue.Amazing stories to convey the message too especially the one about putting a nail into the fence every time one gets angry.”You can remove the nails after but the holes in the fence remain.” Anger permenantly damages relationships. It’s also very RARE to have righteous anger which is anger over things like injustice which is not detrimental but constructive.

I liked the examples. This was a great reminder that you are in control when you can take a handle on your emotions. Once you set your personal standards and not for others it makes it easier to not stretch yourself thin to please others. Great read.

This book gives really good examples of how anger as worked to make problems and how to cure problems. After the first chapter, as someone who became perpetually angry at himself , others and inanimate objects. You see that there are ways and means of approaching anger in different ways, that make you more accessible to your self and others. Very good material used to enhance the value of the course.

I bought this for my bf who has a bit of anger issues in his life. Everything makes him tick and when he snaps out of the anger he feels better. He suggested an anger book so I got him this one. He really likes it and is spending all his time reading it and thinking about what to answer in the questions section.I can see him satisfied so I am too.
