This one has more angst in it
I guess since she is lusting after a much older man.I would probably give this 3 1/2 stars of I could.There is a lot of dirty talk in here, which I don’t always like. However, the storyline was intriguing to me. It was interesting to see how the innocent man, and the woman who loved him handled everything. Although, I did wonder why the FBI didn’t pick up on certain clues that I saw clearly even in the beginning. I know it was to drive the story on, but it made them seem complacent and less than competent.The pace is fast, the tone is intense yet a little hopeful and the storyline is character oriented with some action and some steamy scenes. The characters are realistic and believable. Seeing all the characters from the first book to this one is fun and I want to see what happens next.

An excellent book. From the front cover to the back cover. Jeremiah and Elle Made in excellent couple. I can’t wait to get to the rest of the books. This is just #3 for me. Excellent read.

Very good thrilling story! There is a lot of mystery, tension, deaths and evidence that points to the wrong person as the culprit. A very strong willed woman who works to save the man she has loved since she was a young girl. All this makes a good who done it story.

Phenomenal read
I absolutely loved Jeremiah, Elle, Amelia and Grace story.I love this series but this one was a hard one with more tears and wanting to slap the characters.This one had so many twist and turns but it was well worth reading and I’ll read again.I highly recommend this book.

Great story!
This is a really great story. Unlike some of the book out there that are similar, this one actually has a story and not just the sexy times. Granted, those are amazing and a welcome addition, this book also focuses equally on the story of the characters. I like the mystery and the drama of the trial. I really enjoyed reading this and I might even go back to read some of the other book in this series.

Jeremiah is old enough to be her father. He was her father best friend and he watched sweet Elle grown up from a gangly child to a beautiful woman. Jeremiah tries so hard to fight his attraction his now gone best friend would hate him for wanting his daughter. Jeremiah is being framed for Murder and Embezzlement from the city of Liberty, Utah. Elle uses her investigative journalists skills to try and help the man she can’t seem to say no to. Together they make a happily ever after.

So having an older lover is not really my thing, however this book is so well written it made me feel comfortable reading it. One of the main issues is that it sometimes gets very cringe with older romances, but this kept to the same caliber as the other books in the series so far!I especially liked that the male character was going through issues this time and not the female, this made it seem more realistic to me.So for a well written book that I couldn’t put down I highly recommend.
