Baby Turtle Searches for the Sun
‘Baby Turtle Searches for the Sun’ is a delightful children’s book to read at bedtime to young children. The illustrations are cute and my preschool age great-grandchildren liked them and they liked the story too. I know because they ask for it often. I liked that the mother let the little turtle search for the sun until she was tired and wanted to go to sleep and had sweet dreams. This one is a winner with my special little ones.

Cute But Needs More Pictures
The story was cute but needs more pictures. Also the Mommy Turtle lets the Baby Turtle go off at night alone. No mother would or should do that.

This is a great bedtime story book for younger kids. The older ones you can team read and then they can read you a bedtime story. It comes with free books. Which are good. I’ve downloaded and read them. There are also color pages to download. There are jokes and puzzles. Baby turtle was playing and didn’t want to go to bed. He asked his mom, and she said o k. He was going to go wake the sun so he could pla y. Crocodile was brushing his teeth. He didn’t want to go look for the sun. Did he go? Did he find he sun? Did he get to play longer?I found this book on a website for free for an honest review.

Poor grammar
I have noticed a trend with books by Dr. Mc: poor grammar. As I read aloud to my children I edited the wording so it made better sense. The moral of the story is good but the wording is sometimes confusing. I deleted it off the kindle after the first read.
