Easy to follow. Many recipes for all occassions and palates. Boards may require less actual cooking expertise (depending upon selection of food items) but reasonable culinary (sous chef) skills in some cases. Fun way to entertain with perhaps more options for advance preparation and potentially less prep or clean up in many cases — especislly if you choose to purchase prepared foods. The beautiful photos of the finished product, depict how to assemble your board and showcase your talent! Visually appealing book. Makes a great gift for “foodie” friends.

Beautiful Cookbook
This is the best food boards book out there. The ingredients are mostly simple and it’s easy to substitute your own. What makes it are the photos – absolutely gorgeous and many showing how to build the board. Some board books don’t have photos with every recipe, but this one does. I’ve had so much fun building boards both in this book and coming up with my own!

This is a beautiful, hard cover book filled with glorious photos at an unmatched price — less than many paper backs. It lies flat when opened so you can follow the pictures and directions when building your own board. I liked it so much that I sent copy to my daughter. Her whole family enjoyed studying it.
