   Cute Cowboy Romance
   Emmy has made a career for herself riding horses, but after a scary accident barrel racing she decides she needs a break and returns home to Rebel Blue Ranch. She hopes coming home will help her deal with her anxiety of getting back in the saddle, but quickly realizes it won’t be that easy. Luke Brooks, is Emmy’s brother’s best friend and has been around the family his whole life – he’s basically another member of the family. When Emmy comes home, Luke knows she’s off limits as his best friend’s little sister, but he can’t seem to take his eyes off her. Once he realizes she is having anxiety with riding, he immediately wants to be there for her and help her get back in the saddle. Emmy also realizes he’s not the guy she grew up arguing with – he might be something more!This was a super cute cowboy romance. It’s a quick, easy read with some spice. Both characters are easy to like and the story is easy to follow. If you’re a fan of Elsie Silver and like cute, romantic books with some spice, then this is the book for you!

   This was everything I needed. It was sweet, it made me laugh and boy did it make me swoon. Brooks definitely has a mouth on him.If you enjoy small town cowboy romances this is for you. 🤠Fantastic debut novel, hopefully I can get my hands on the physical copy soon.I really hope we get to see a book 3 for Teddy and Gus.

This is my first by Lyla but I definitely will be reading the rest of the series. It’s such a feel good book; I flew through it!After an accident she hasn’t told her family about, Emmy comes home to the Ranch because she doesn’t know what to do in life. The first person she bumps into is Luke, her brothers best friend, who suddenly looks much hotter, and is suddenly looking back at Emmy.I really love a small town romance and this was a definite must read! It looks like a cute romance and whilst it is, it’s definitely spicy!
