Worth studying even better if someone follows the advises given
It is easy to read and it really adds information for not only salespersons but everybody. However, I don’t believe that it shows a magic way to influence everybody and the author is clear on that. It does offer catch phrases like what do you know.., just imagine, how would you feel if, etc so you can prepare yourself before talking to someone. I have already recommended the book to friends who are interested in influencing oth ers. The book is intentionally short and it is easy to read within few hours. The problem is for the reader to use the catch phrases. Of course there is room for improvement eg the explanation provided could be better and the reader could be provided with more examples but that would mean that the book would loose the advantage of being short and easy to read.

What I like about this book is that it gets to the meat of things and he wrote this book for different industries. I’m a Realtor and the book for real estate agents has been the perfect tool for me and my team to up our conversations whether it is face to face, email and even for our Internet leads. Excellent book to read with your team, use the workbook, and try his 31 day challenge!

Te recomiendo que lo leas es un libro corto pero eficaz.

Il libro dà ciò che promette. Frasi e nozioni specifiche con esempi pratici da utilizzare in ogni situazione. L’ho letto con molto piacere e anche molto velocemente dato il modo semplice di spiegare anche le nozioni più psicologiche e complesse. Credo che sia un must per chi vuole approcciarsi al mondo della vendita o semplicemente capirne di più sulla psicologia delle parole e manipolazione positiva. Consiglio la lettura.

Even though I think, that other aspects matter more for success in sales, using the right words and not stepping verbally and psychologically in your own way can be useful. I appreciate that this book is not filled with fluff, but comes fast to the core of the topic and how to use it.
