The right town
Another sweet read in a town that apparently has love in the air! The writing is easy to read and there is drama lite going on as a movie star comes to town.He was broken up with his ex when she cheated and he found a fake date. A very attractive one!And when the time came they shared a magic moment and each knew there was a magic spark. What a sweet uncomplicated love. She is a good girl and he is a good man. He lays it straight with her and I love her job and the she loves it. In a simple town it’s a great having a diner with familiar faces. Rosie is adorably sweet, funny, and cautious with her heart. Their story has some cute moments, and their first kiss is stunning. This is book 5 of Men of Bearclaw Ridge. This was absolutely the cutest and hottest story. They came together to help Maddox (who is an actor) who needs a fake girlfriend. Rosie is a waitress working in a diner at Bearclaw Ridge. They came together for a purpose but at the end, they fell in love. I grabbed an arc copy, loved it so much I bought the complete series! If that doesn’t say something about how good this author’s ability to weave together aa story and bring characters to life is then I don’t know what to say to you. I read in KU, almost exclusively but on occasion I purchase books because I love them so much – and this book Fake Dating the Famous Mountain Man was my first foray into books by this author – I’m thrilled to see there are plenty of books to tide me over.I loved this short instalove read – there’s just something about mountain men that just makes me swoon…I initially received a free copy of this book via Booksprout but ended up purchasing a copy prior to leaving this review.
