Beautiful illustrations. Simple text.
We enjoyed reading this. It’s beautifully illustrated, and the text reads almost like a poem. As an extra nice little addition, you’ll notice the boy in the story passes out flowers to everyone he passes on his walk– something you don’t notice until you read it a few times. Very sweet.

Nightly Bedtime story favorite
My daughter absolutely LOVES this book. It’s not the most interesting read for the adult though, it’s very repetitive. The art work throughout the book is so beautiful which makes it hard to dislike the book. This was my daughter’s nightly favorite until the seasons changed.

Simple story to explain change of season
Overall we enjoyed this book. The details were beautiful and the book was written in a way that a group of children of multiple ages would understand or be able to interpret from the graphics. In some ways though, I thought this book was a little more on the simpler side for my children, compared to our usual stories, but they still enjoyed it. They just didn’t love it.
