    LOVE
This is my son’s favorite book (he is now 7-months) and I bought it when he was 5-months. He loves and it and hasn’t tired of it yet! I read it to him at least twice a day. The rhymes are very simple and catchy and he just loves the pictures. The pages are not too over-stimulating like a lot of children’s books that seem to have too much going on and cramed on each page.

Just the right amount of words!
My 2 year old has this book memorized! As an infant, this was a favorite of hers! It has just enough words and just enough pages to hold the interest of a baby! So many of the classic books are just too long to keep them focused! This one is PERFECT! I now have 2 toddlers and every night they want to read “Owl”!I just saw there are others like this by Jonathan Litton and i will be purchasing them!*update* i have since purchased Zoom and Roar. Zoom had really good reviews, however, i still think Hoot is a better read!Highly highly recommend this book!

    Favorite Book of Toddlers
Our kids love this book! So much that we had to order another one as the first book was so worn out.

Cute book, arrived in bad shape
Very cute book though arrived in bad shape. Looks like it was smashed against something or like a dog chewed it or something. Weird.

A great little gem to add to your child’s storybook collection
Such a great book! This has been one of my daughters favorites since she was about 10 months old. It is interactive for her with the holes for the eyes that she can put her fingers in and it is helping her learn her colors and numbers. The story itself is very nice and an adult will not mind reading it over and over…and over again. Great little gem to add to your child’s storybook collection and a perfect length (for a younger child) as a bedtime story.

My six month old son loves this book! In fact, it has become his favourite and even at such a young age he looks carefully at the pictures and turns the pages. It has become his bedtime favourite – sometimes we have to read it to him 2 or 3 times before he’s had enough. It’s just the right combination of bright, simple images and text that’s not too long yet still interesting.
