Very cute and virtually indestructible by young ones.
I liked the otters so bought this in Spanish although I can barely speak it. It has English translation on each page. Beautiful illustrations, sweet text. Great for youngs ones who want to hold the book and turn the pages on their own. Recommend for 8 months and up.

Great gift
I purchased this as a gift for my nephew who was about 6 months old at the time. I loved that this book is designed with babies in mind. The pages really were made of an awesome material that is water repellent and tear proof. The story is cute and the pictures are nice. I would highly recommend this book for the babies and toddlers in your life!

The book is indeed, very difficult to rip or tear! Our 7 month old loves to have this book read to her and is rough with it, as babies are. The book is still in great condition! I highly recommend this book!

I was surprised it was not a board book. It is like strong paper fiber pages that are very thin. Good story though.

Hay que leer, es un libro diseñado para bebes con paginas muy delgadas de un material que se puede mojar, arrugar y doblar y no se rompe. Literalmente es para que el bebe lo haga bolita y no se rompa ð pero pues si se queda todo arrugado. Es como para que el bebe se vaya familiarizando con los libros pero no durara mucho en buenas condiciones. A mi bebe igual le encanta. Ve los dibujos y aparte lo manipula mucho.

Was recommended by a friend who had young children as a great little book for babies to ‘digest’ (aka chew, flick through, scrunch, bite, throw etc) whilst also gently introducing Spanish and English words.It’s branded ‘indestructible’ and I’d say this is 99.9% accurate – a million times better than other ‘heavy-duty’ baby books which always seem to deconstruct somewhere, this book really has survived well (though it does all crunch up after a while a bit like baking paper!)There’s a whole series of these books, after buying this we had several bought as further gifts! Disfrútalos!

At the beginning I was thinking to return because it’s not hard cover, but later I found that is so good for my 8 months baby, because she doesnt flip the pages properly and she most want to chew or grab it. And its totally safe for kids, it dont get ripped or wet or destroy. It’s totally well for babies to handle by theirselves because it’s no heavy and hold easy.I order 2 types, English- spanish and I love them.My daughter likes colorful and I’m happy with these books
