Insightful content hindered by editorial design
The content of this book offers valuable insights into its subject matter, providing readers with a wealth of information. However, the editorial design falls short in optimizing readability. While the layouts are not inherently distracting, adjustments are needed to ease the eye while reading.

Great Book
This book really gets the gears going on how to stop overthinking. I just bought the workbook related to this book and am excited to get started on that. It explains a lot and as I read it I’m nodding my head and thinking “wow I do that, that’s me” it gives me an explanation of a lot of what goes on in my head. This book is definitely on my reread list.

As a chronic overthinker, this was very useful. I need to experiment with the suggestions and having a label or two to attach to certain traits and behaviours helps.
