    WOW!
FIRST TIME WITH AUTHOR. WHAT A LOVE STORY. THE CHARACTERS ARE BELIEVABLE AND THE PLOT IS OUTSTANDING. I WISH I COULD ADEQUATELY PUT INTO WORDS HOW I ENJOYED THIS BOOK. AUTHOR HIT THE MARK ON THIS PLOT.

  2. Need to Read

    A Wondrous Read!
The plot is intricate but not difficult to follow. What IS difficult is believing that the author has fooled you time and time again, just when you think you have it figured out. I highly recommend this book and hope everyone who reads it is as enthralled as I was.

    3 1/2 stars
I would give this book 4 stars, but the ending is frustrating. What happened? The ending seems rushed and doesn’t tie up a huge loose end. The book is well written and has an interesting story. The detailed information about crabs and such was not necessary, and I rushed through those parts. The book kept my interest, but it wasn’t something that I rushed to read at night.

    Beautiful story
I didn’t know what to expect when I opened the book, but I do like it. Conscientiously, I can’t give it 5 stars because its not a memorable book.

    Fantastic book! No spoilers..
Loved this book!! The author (R. Walsh) wrote a wonderful story with twists, angst, love, sadness, sorrow & it touched me. I felt for each character & saw things from their point of view. The storyline was really good too. I would highly recommend it and will look for other books by Ms. Walsh.

    Lots of surprises!
The author keeps you guessing until the end! You will wonder about the mother’s mental stability, and sympathize with her deceived husband, and think the mystery man in her life is everything he’s not, and you keep getting jerked around to discover some element you hadn’t considered. Who to trust?

  7. Stella Ruthuku

It’s my opinion that the ending was a bit rushed.
Hommie just popped the question again, what, 72 hours after finding out the truth. C’mon. All the other parts were believable, but the last bit seemed hurried and stretched.Otherwise, good read.

At first I had a hard time getting into the book but once I was in I couldn’t stop reading. Soo many life lessons about how people hide the emotions that make them vulnerable.

  9. Ellie

Emotional and intriguing. Told from a variety of points of view the story builds as you are waiting to discover the twist and mystery from the past. The story was really well written and pulled me in so that I really wanted to know what had happened.

Dieses Buch war seit langem mal wieder das erste, das ich in jeder freien Minute verschlungen habe! Ich liebe ihren Schreibstil und die Story geht mir wieder einmal sehr zu Herzen.

I loved this book. Unusual but credible and heartbreaking story intelligently written. It pulled me in from the beginning and held me all the way through. I shall check out other work by this author.
