As I stated on y sourdough journey, I first watched this authors video. I was delighted to find that she had a recipe and guidance book.This has become my bible to bread baking. Almost weekly IO bake her Master loaf and Half Milk Half Water loaf. It is filled with lots of guiding information to help you bake with success.

Very clear instructions with lots of step by step colour photographs, and lots of practical advice. Be patient, trust the recipe and very soon you will be baking your own sourdough. My neighbour introduced me to the fun of making sourdough. This book is awesome for the beginner as it shares everything we need to know about making this wonderful bread. From the types of flour used to ambient room temperature, it explains EVERYTHING! I also bought a sourdough discard recipe book (as seen in photo) that is very complimentary to the art of making things with sourdough using the discard. That book is also amazing! I highly recommend both.
