Always a wickedly good surprise
I love Boris Bacic. He always seems to surprise me with the stories he writes, how they’re not the run of the mill, overspewed stories that some writers do over and over again. This story is about a town that you definitely don’t want to come to find, even in a snow storm! Then there’s whatever’s killing all the prisoners in it! Its a bad situation all the way around for the townsfolk who find themselves captive there no matter how hard they try to leave and then you get to the end and there’s more! So hit buy or borrow, it won’t disappoint!

Non-stop story.
This was a gripping, suspenseful tale. So hard to put down! I kept picking it back up. Can’t wait for the next book to pick up the story. I left off a star because of the language. These people need to learn to talk without using the F word all the time. Not necessary for the story.

I read constantly , love my books, this book is a must read immediately, you’ll love it. I haven’t read a book that comes close to the story line, it’s new and refreshing, I don’t want to give anything away but I guarantee you will NOT want to put it down, can’t wait for the second one to come out!!

This was a page turner and a half! I have zero fingernails left, this was SO good!!! So glad I took a chance on this. I could barely put it down! I can hardly wait for the next one to come out. I think Stephen King has met his match.

I loved this book from start to finish. I’m all about the strange, the creepy and impossible. The characters are brilliant and really great to get to know. The storyline is delicious. If you want to read something that keeps you hooked from the start to the finish then dive in. You will not be disappointed. There HAS to be a book 2.

I’ve loved all of Boris’ books so far, this is a little different and I love that it’s a series (although don’t like waiting for number 3). Couldn’t put 1 and 2 down. Would make a great TV show.
