With delightful, imaginative illustrations, engaging text, and plenty of fun onomatopoeia, Bubble Head, It’s Time for Bed was a fun read. We really enjoyed this one, laughing out loud at different parts: The kids laughed with the silly adventures, mom (me) laughed at a joke that’s especially for parents like me: We need kids to take a bath so we get a little pause in the daily chaos. I won’t spoil the humor here, but if you enjoy reading to your kids in Spanish, don’t miss this one.As a fun bonus, the book also introduces the days of the week!Highly recommended for kids who take baths! (ages 2 to 8)

I loved the catchy rhymes and onomatopoeias! Such a good book for learning the days of the week, too! Bath time will be a hit with all the imaginative adventures!

Who knew taking a bath could be so fun? Cant wait to read this one to my little grand boys. The darling illustrations accompany this rhyming story perfectly as kids learn about days of the week and how much fun hygiene can be! What a fun adventure! Another winner by this fabulous author.

Bubble fun in the tub!
In this story, we follow a boy and his bubble bath adventure for one week, starting on Sunday and on down to Saturday. Told from the perspective of the boy, we see him in bubble bliss as a sailor, a monster, a T-Rex, a walrus, a thief, and even as a dragon! (You’ll have to read it to find out what’s special about his dragon.) My favorite part is the “Splish, splash, bubble bash, pop, pop…” refrain that’s repeated throughout the book, a great little ditty to announce bath time to your kids. And also throughout the story, there’s a little yellow rubber ducky to spot in the illustrations, the perfect “Can you spot the ducky” hunt for when the kids ask you to read the story “one more time”!

Another lovely book by Misty Black and, again, imaginative and delightful illustrations.Once again, my 3 year old grandchildren were delighted that Duck appeared in many different accessories again and the vivid colours seemed to pop out of the book, great in a dim bedtime light. With rhymes from monsters to dinosaurs, this book appeals to children of all aged (and adults too).
