A MUST READ classic fantasy
Z.S. Diamanti’s Stone and Tide has left me wanting to know the rest of the story, go back and read Stone and Sky looking for clues, and read his Prelude series. The interactions between the characters, all the action taking place on multiple fronts and masterfully described locations at the same time is a testament to his skill in complete development and ability to engage the reader. Being a Marine Corps veteran myself, his tactics brought back fond memories of my time in the service as we prepared for training exercised and deployments abroad. A different fantasy, but definitely worth the read.

Again my oldest son flew through Z. S. Diamante’s work as if it was birthday cake. Several days later I saw our younger son on the couch facing away from the tv reading it, so clearly this is a solid hit with our family.

Whoaaa! what an adventure! I read this with my younger cousin thinking that this could become a new little hobby of ours and we were hooked from the beginning. Thank you for such a fantastic continuation of this great adventure!

I don’t think it is actually possible to write a review and be able to fully do justice to how amazing Stone &Tide is.For me, the key to a story is the characters, and my goodness are these characters exceptional. Some of our old favourites are back and while I didn’t think it was possible for more character development, I was wrong. We also meet new friends and foes along the way, the good the bad and the absolutely down right heart melting!The plot is brilliant! Twists and turns, don’t bother trying to guess what’s coming next, you’ll be wrong ð And the writing, beautiful! Stone & Sky was my favourite read of 2023, by a long way, and I can’t tell you how much of a traitor I feel when I say, this was even better!Utter perfection!
